Our team provides exceptional and expert client and civil engineering services supported and backed by strong local knowledge and perspective, and extensive experience in communicating with the local governing agencies.
Our ability to provide comprehensive civil engineering services is efficient in terms of time, cost and ability to coordinate between services. Our goal with every project is to provide proactive communication with our clients, project team and jurisdictional agencies to actively reduce the likelihood of delays caused by the redundancy of effort and/or misunderstandings during the design, review and approval processes.
Jennifer L. Escobedo, P.E.
Principal/Founder
Jennifer was born and raised in New Jersey. She attended Widener University in Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 1994. She then moved to Indiana to attend Purdue University, graduating where she earned her Master's Degree in Civil Engineering in 1996.
Following graduation in 1996, Jennifer worked at a local civil firm in Indianapolis doing roadway engineering and moved to Las Vegas in 2000 joining one of the design teams working on the Hoover Dam Bypass project.
In 2002, Jennifer switched gears and began her career working in Land Development when she joined the team at Martin & Martin Civil Engineers and found her passion for civil engineering.
Jennifer's passion for civil engineering along with support from her partner, clients, peers in the industry, and some very influential members of the development community gave rise to the establishment of CIVIL 360 Planning & Engineering.
Jennifer has worked on land development projects in multiple states and is licensed in NV, AZ, CO, NM, TN, UT, & WY.

CIVIL 360's main office is located in Las Vegas and is locally owned and operated. The company offers a team of knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy staff to provide integrated planning, engineering, design and construction services.
The firm has licensed professionals and the ability to perform work in the following states: AZ, CO, NM, NV, TN, UT and WY.
